The flags on display in the entryway to the Bertrand Library represent the nationalities of our currently enrolled international students. Except for the US flag, which is flown higher than the others, the order of these flags is random. The composition will change annually and be verified by the Office of International Student and Scholar Services and the Provost’s Office.
