The flags on display in the entryway to the Bertrand Library represent the nationalities of our currently enrolled international students on student visas (F1 and J1). Except for the US flag, which should be flown higher than any other, the order of these flags is random. The composition will change annually and be verified by the Office of International Student and Scholar Services and the Provost’s Office.
